What is the IP address of my MRP headend? |
Default admin address is http://10.30.10.1.
If asking about the full size 19" MRP Server chassis (MRP-13), It have two network ports, the second one Eth_1 sits above Eth_0 and responds to http://10.30.20.1 as default address.
If address has been changed you can use our MRP-Toolkit to retrieve, and even edit the IP address,
please download MRP-Toolkit (Windows). |

I have forgot the User name and/or Password to my MRP HeadEnd, can it be recovered? |
If not changed or not sure please consult the "MRP Quick Start Guide" found under Support-->Documents.
If it has been changed from default credentials, please contact us for further information on how we may help.
